Hotel The Quadrant - Auckland

We did not stay and cancelled our reservation. Incredibly rude people. Would never stay at this hotel when there are many more pleasant places close by.

Excellent location, you can easily walk to almost every place in the city center. just remind taht it's up on a hill if you've got shoes with high heels :-) excellent staff and welcoming very good design

I stayed for 4 nights in a 2BR apartment with my spouse and 2 older children. The apt was clean, newly renovated with comfortable beds, the kitchen and other applicances were in good working condition. Very important for us was the washer/dryer in the apartment. It was also surprising quiet, but that was probably because our apt was away from the main road. The hotel location was excellent -- a 10 minute walk to the commercial area which is Queen St -- where you have Starbucks, and a convenience store, money changers, an Asian food court,stores. The main negative about the hotel was the size of its rooms. Our 2BR had 1 tiny closet with 4 hangers, and the bathroom was also very tiny. We did feel like we were tripping over one another. However, as the hotel rate we paid for our stay was pretty reasonable, I wouldn't quibble too much about the amount of space I got.

I have stayed at alot of hotels and i would rate the linen and bed comfort the best yet. You promote quality linen etc in your advertising and it was 100% correct. I had the best sleep ever. Location is great. Rooms a little cramped. But for the price, fantastic. Have come home and recommended the Quadrant to many of my friends and associates that travel. Rates are reasonable.

The lobby seems to be always packed and the facilities for temporary parking while unloading luggage are limited. Staff was helpful (not a surprise in NZ) but handicapped by design of hotel. However, our stay was most satisfactory in spite of size of room and bathroom. We would return to this hotel.

L'hotel a eu quelques problemes concernant notre reservation par internet mais a reussi a se debrouiller pour nous rouver les meilleures conditions.

The hotel was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located outside the central area but the stop of the Hop On Hop Off is very close and we were happy to walk along the Singapore River to the centre of town.

Very small rooms !! Location ok, but not great. Over priced !
