Disappointed with there being no harbour view. Only first 3 floors are the hotel. No Porter service, had to fetch the luggage trolley and load our own bags from the Taxi and take them to our room and return the trolley. I would suggest no-one use the front desk to book a taxi, $70 to the airport in an private vehicle (not a cab) previous day same trip was $30 by Taxi.
