Excellent hotel. Much more for money than in central Athens. The location is very good for boat transfer. Easy walking distance to port (very close to Flying Dolphins to the Saronic islands). Typical business hotel which probably can give you an opportunity for a good weekend bargain. For walks in the surroundings use a map and ask reception staff so you don't start off in the wrong direction...However, after a short walk in the wrong direction, you will probably hurry back anyway. In case we need a hotel in Piraeus again we would gladly come back to the Theoxenia.

A little difficult to find at first. Staff service was excellent. Rooms were clean and sufficient. Not exactly in a good area of Piraeus, tucked away

Stayed for a two night business trip. Complementary water and ironing facilities within the room would be nice for the business traveller.

How to reach Hotel Piraeus Theoxenia

By car
From the Athens International Airport merge into the Attica highway following the direction to Elefsina. After about 20 km take the exit to the National highway in the direction of Piraeus. After another 16 km exit to the right towards the port city of Piraeus. Follow Posidonos Avenue until the indication to the Main Port of Piraeus. Turn left and merge into 34th Syntagmatos Pezikou Street. After 0,5 km turn right on Karaoli Dimitriou street where you will find the Piraeus Theoxenia.

By boat
From the Main Port of Piraeus take the Filonos Street and, after 200 meters, turn right in Karaoli Dimitriou street. The Piraeus Theoxenia is located right next to the Main Port of Piraeus.
