Receptionist was very helpful Air conditioning wasn't working on arrival but was fixed within an hour. Hotel is very easy to get to on the metro from the airport & very centrally placed.

The hotel is in a very good position very near to the Syntagma square and it is very easy to reach all interesting sites of Athens. The rooms are not that big but clean.

Very old room and hotel...quite noisy even if well located, close to Plaka district. Breakfast is really disgusting... I would never stay again in this hotel. The price is incredibly high in compare of the quality of everything...

We stayed for two nights in the Pan Hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget who wants a central location. A stone's throw away from the central square (hop on hop off bus tour stop and changing of the guard) and with some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Having read reviews of the other hotels in Athens a lot mentioned the surrounding areas not being safe however my friend and I both felt very safe walking home late at night Our twin room was a little on the small side (but that's standard in city hotels) clean and nicely decorated, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would stay here again.
