Just around the corner from Faros I; either is within walking distance of the ferries or metro station if you are used to walking. Not much closeby in the way of restaurants or cafes, but typically you'd only stay here a night before/after a ferry trip. Not a location for an extended stay.

Hotel is located near E10. Map attached is small, it is better to attach a clear and bigger one, which would help customer find it easily.

The hotel is clean and perfect if you must stay one night before take the boat to go to the islands because is very close to the gate to take the boat. Near the hotel there is also many local where you can eat and all the bus to go all around the city.

We stayed in the hotel three nights, seperated with first two nights, and the last night after 7 days traveled in other places. We are so uncomfortable to the first two nights, with very bad air-conditionering, bad room facilities. But the last night, the room and everything was wonderful, like a luxury honey-moon room. I would like to choose this hotel next time, but only choose the rooms like we lived the last night.

The staff at this hotel are great. Really, really helpful. This made for a great albeit short stay. Very pleasant hotel in an otherwise very hectic and fraught port town which is not that easy for visitors. Full marks!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Piraus and it is indeed very near the port (bear in my, though, that Athens is a very spread city, so count about 10 minute walk to the nearest boat boarding area) Can't beat the ratio price/quality. The only drawbacks are the surroundings, one street close by had drunks and hookers, though it seemed more seedy than dangerous. On the other hand, it is also very close to the small boats and marina area, and that made it a very pleasant evening with lively restaurants and typical sights. As a single woman, I would arrive earlier in the evening.

The perfect place to stay if you plan to take the boat to go to one of the greek islands and have to leave soon in the morning. The same if you come back from one of the islands late at night. It's a 15 minutes walk to the boat. Nicer, cheaper and more modern then the hotel we stayed in the center of Athens, and may be a good choice if you are ready to travel to the center of Athens by metro (20 minutes ride + 15 minutes to walk to the station). You can have the breakfest at the hotel if you ask for it, what we've done, for a reasonable price.

Construction next door (Oct 08) started at 0600. Walk from Metro might intimidate some, area did not look the best, but area seemed safe. Walk there via the port perimeter road, then up to hotel. Easy access to cruise terminal.

Giudizio complessivo molto positivo.

My Wife and I both enjoyed our stay at the above hotel, and found it most convenient for our onward journey. We would have no hesitation in using this hotel again.

You pay for what you get, it's inexpensive and the beds are not comfortable, but it is reasonable for 1 night stay when you need to wake up early and hit the Port.

Noicy aircondition! We booked 1 family room but this wasn't available at check in and we got 2 double rooms instead - difficult when you have kids and also packed your luggage for 1 room.

L'albergo è molto comodo per chi arriva ad Atene e deve prendere il traghetto per le isole. Ospitali, reception 24/24, il quartiere non è poi tanto male, camere pulite e silenziose.

The hotel is good, the problem are the employees. They stole my nightdress, it was white so i thought it happen by mistake when they change the sheets. But then also my friend was missing a black tank top and she never left anything on the bed! First night without ac because the girl at the reception was to lazy to send someone (they solved the problem the day after in 5 min). Good place to catch the boat.

V close to Piraeus harbour (5-10 mins). In slightly poky back street - but quiet as a result (a hotel to be chosen for amenities rather than immediate vicinity). Room clean, good air con, shower not brilliant (strong dribble). Breakfast OK (6 Euros). Reception helpful in suggesting eating places. Overall v happy with facilities and VFM.

We only stayed for one night in the hotel to catch a ferry the next morning. For our purposes it was perfect. The hotel is easy to reach from public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms: Very good price for value. Clean and tidy. The surroundings of the hotel are not especially "beautiful" , but in walking distance to the ports.

This was an unbelievably noisy hotel. All rooms are accessed by one central, uncarpeted stairway. When a room door is opened by another guest, regardless of which floor they are on, the sound echoes so loudly that the ability to sleep is affected. Late arrivals kept me awake throughout the entire night.

We stayed in Pireas only 1 night to take the ferry on the following day at 7.30. The hotel is small but very nice. The rooms are clean and nice equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful: breakfast was ready for 6 a.m. and they called us a taxi for the following morning and woke us up..without having asked for it!:-) The hotel is not so easy to find and you have to walk about 20-25' from the metro station. Distance to the port: 5' by taxi. The surroundings are not so beautiful but not far there's a street with bars and restaurants and Microlimano is 15-20' walk.

The neighborhood is nothing special; we just stayed here for a night on our way back from the islands. However, it was a surprisingly nice hotel, with an unusually large room, an extremely affordable rate, and a hot breakfast brought to our door.
