Fresh Hotel - Athens

The hotel described is definitely fresh - its design is great also in a lot of detail, the breakfast buffet offers a lot variety and the rooms are really nice in style and function (one slight exception is the shower construction where the glass shield does not protect the floor being under water ;) and the roof bar is definitely a great and amazing place to be if someone likes chilling music, perfect view over athens, delicious cocktails and a good service, the modern style of the roof bar is contributing very much to a overall good impression of the hotel and even though the area around the hotel might not be posh it is not scary or someone should worry about; it is located perfectly within a 5 min walk to Monasteraki;

Was my 2nd stay in the Hotel. I will return to the Fresh next time.

Rooftop views of Athens at night are the best. The acropolis from there is breathtaking

The area in wich the hotel is located does not correspondent with the quality of the hotel

Very nice place

Loved this hotel - it was a cool haven in the heat and hub of athens, excellent value for money. It enhanced our experience of the city!

Camere mediamente piccole, come d'abitudine in certe città, molto pulite e silenziose, personale molto disponibile. Albergo sito in una zona molto comoda al centro, sulla strada dell'albergo si affacciano due alberghi a ore con relativi/e frequentatori. il bar di ghiaccio è aperto solo il fine settimana!!!

Extreemly bad neighberhood extreemly friendly staff price / quality level , not very much, a lot of money for such a hotel level extreemly well designed.... taken care of but old though

Just a remark : getting out of the hotel and turning left you easily walk to nice Plaka area. If you turn right , you enter in the red light district ....Just to have other people being aware where decide to turn once out of the hotel.

The Good: In splendid isolation, Hotel Fresh would be a funky, vibrant hotel, with bright bold colours, a long cool bar, and full of modern minimalist touches in the bedrooms like flat-screen TVs and trendy reading lamps. Also staff were friendly and helpful. The Bad: Although in the city centre and near the metro, the hotel's location is the big problem. There is a sex shop 10 metres from the foyer, a sex cinema also in the hotel block and hookers on street corners outside all day and night...not a family location! Other minor points - the trendy shower with only half a door was a design disaster waiting to happen - flooded floors every time. And the roof terrace and pool - with great views over the city - was closed until May.

Hotel Fresh offers a modern, smart environment in a slightly seedy part of Athens but it is still a most convenient location.

I was pleaseantly surprised by the size of the room. It was very welcoming & inviting. The room was clean & had all the mod cons expected. The bathroon was very modern with fabulous bathroom products. The view from my room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were couteous & helpful & had a good command of english. I was disappointed to leave the next day. Definitely going back on my next trip.

We just stayed for a couple of days during the Christmas period. The bar is nice, the gym is nice, small, but ok. Sauna and turkish bath never worked and we never got the help from the concierge. The hotel design is extremely nice and gives a sense of "fresh"! City center is walking distance. Restaurant areas are walking distance. I was happy with this and I would come back to this hotel in the future.

Belle réalisation hotel design et tres propre. les chambres sont pas immenses mais bien agencées et agréables (un seul defaut dans ma chambre, mauvaise reception de la télé sur l écran plasma visiblment mal réglé) Personnel assez sympathique sauf un ou deux elements assez hautains (ya pas de quoi on n est pas dans un palace tout de meme). bon sejour dans l ensemble, pas de veritable mauvaise surprise, bon petit dejeuner . 3 bémols cependant: - plutot que de parler de piscine il faudrait indiquer bassin (1m60 de profondeur-fond plat) de 5m sur 10 à peu pres; pas tres grand donc on se marche vite dessus. - la vue de la terrasse piscine: on voit bien l acropole en effet mais aussi en plein vis à vis les terrasses de 2 immeubles voisins "lépreux" hérissées d'antenne et autre relais pour téléphone (dommage c est vraiment pas beau) - enfin une mise en garde sur le quartier pour ceux que ca generait(notamment avec des enfants). beaucoup d'hotels de passe voisinent directement l'hotel fresh (y compris un sex shop) et la nuit venu le strottoirs environnants se remplissent de prostituées. moi ca m a pas dérangé mais il vaut mieux le preciser. dans la journée le quartier est tres sympa car populaire cosmopolite et commercant (pas des commerces pour touriste) (halles à proximité et grands magasins de la place omonia); deplus en descendant la rue d athenes maxi 10 minutes à pied on rejoint tres vite les quartiers plus touristiques (plaka etc)

Lovely, very modern room. Upon checking in, we were given an upgrade to a suite. All the staff were extremely friendly. The neighborhood is not the greatest but it is only a short walk to the Plaka and other places of interest.

Unfortunately the hotel had not received the reservation we had booked through Venere.Fortunately the hotel was'nt full and they managed to find us a room.

Really enjoyed this ultra-new and modern hotel. Minimalist decor but very comfortable and clean. The rooftop bar is really something to see and you can access WiFi in your rooms which is a nice convenience (for a charge of course). Also enjoyed their breakfast and especially their orange juice machine!! Close to sites, many within 10 to 15 minute walking distance. Good value for what you pay. Would stay here again! Only thing is elevators very small.

All concept's hotel is based on flashy colors decoration; except the overall design, rooms are small, noisy, AC non efficient. Service at restaurant is a disaster slow, impolite. Reception service is variable. Non good qualty/price
