Hotel location is nice, but hotel staffs have NO hospitality mind. I was totally disappointed, and I'll never choose this hotel again.

be careful walking around the grounds on your own unless you are a frequenter of Clapham Common

The hotel surroundings are very nice but the rooms are horrible. Rooms are outdated, linens are in bad shape. You can hear your neighbors breathing in the next room. We reserved a Superior Room, but I think we got the inferior room.

Staff at Pyrmisa Isis were helpful, friendly and efficient.The hotel location is beautiful and it is a treat to take the boat trips between the island and the shore.Our room (498) was on the corner with a large deck with a terrific view overlooking the Nile. Room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Our room was recently renovated (it seems the entire hotel is under renovation) except for the carpet. The hotel is beautiful. The photos on the venere.com website do not do it justice. There are shuttle boats running to / from Aswan every 15 minutes (though we never waited more than 4 minutes). The banana pool was very relaxing. The spa was good and affordable (they were not busy at all). The miniature golf course and pool table were not operational during our stay. There was live music in the lobby each night. The rates at venere.com were 50%+ less than the rates posted on the website and worth every penny. We extended our stay an additional two nights and the hotel honored our web rate. Our room was a little noisy due to the ongoing renovations but the noise was limited to 9AM - 5PM. Also, the "calls to prayer" were annoying - but this is true anywhere in Egypt. We stayed in a 1BR Chalet w/ Nile View. I would definitely recommend the resort as well as these rooms (they were located between the pool and the main lobby so we were able to walk by the pool area and reserve a seat on our way to breakfast). The breakfast buffet was incredible...we looked forward to it each morning.

Great stay at Pyramisa.The receptionist very helpful and professional.The room clean and well kept.Fantastic breakfast,great dinners.Gorgeous gardens and lawns.I do recommend this hotel,where I'd like to return.

The Hotel is placed in a beautiful island on the Nyle. The landscape was very good and the room ok. Unfortunately the breakfast and the restaurants are very bad because there is no hygiene. You to avoid to eat there because the kitchen is absolutely not cleaned. The swimming pool is ok, and the employees are good. Inside the Hotel there are a lot of shops, among them there is a pharmacy very organized owned by a very kind young Doctor.

A very relaxing time time in an excellent value for money 5 star hotel. Beautiful surroundings and pleasant service. Idyllic and quiet - on the first day we were the only people in the pool! The only letdown was the food - well attempted but not the warmest.
