Our reservation at another hotel fell through, and we booked this hotel on short notice. The people were friendly and had good suggestions for restaurants. The breakfast selections were more varied than the typical continental breakfast. The elevator went to the second floor. So, we had to lug the bags up to the third. The bed was not particularly comfortable, the pillows rather skimpy. The bathroom was clean but quite compact. This would not be a first choice for a return trip, but we would stay here again.

The hotel staff was welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful. We had a very difficult time finding the hotel when we arrived. And the room that I stayed in was quite small... it was a squeeze to get 3 adults in there. This was my third time in Assisi.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was unbelievably spacious. The breakfast was quite extensive, particularly in Italy. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Assisi - even with our children, who did not accompany on this trip.

nice having free internet use. very small room,no window. First time to Assisi. Very hilly and would not return. If going here only good for one day

This hotel was wonderful, clean and definitely worth the money. Its just a stone's throw away from the main piazza but is still tucked away in a quiet corner. The people were very helpful (but spoke little english). I highly recommend this hotel.

Because Viaggiatore was full, we were offered an alternate location before we arrived and accepted, and we were very satisfied. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would like to return. Our only wish is that less expensive lodging starts to find its way into continental Europe - it is never cheap to stay in a small hotel. Some English spoken, but not a lot, as for much of the rural areas and small towns. By the way Venere, what's with this hetero/homo thing? A couple is a couple!

As the hotel was empty, we were accommodated in a small apartment just round the corner. This suited us fine as we were able to get our own meals when we wanted to and we had plenty of space. The ratings above therefore apply to the apartment and not to the hotel itself, as we only had breakfast there.

Le stanze localizzate in una dependance erano piccole ma con una vista spettacolare. Tutto molto pulito e gli impiegati molto cortesi. La colazione decisamente deludente.
