This was fine for a budget hotel; I prefer a more luxurious hotel. The one I wanted was not available.

Small but clean room, very noisy with street activity from 0530. however well positioned for exploring Assisi.

Room was good albeit a little noisy until things settle down at night which is fine, I like street noise. Heat was not turned on, desk person said it was broken. I like cold but it was cold enough that heat really should have been on especially in the bathroom. I had to ask for phone to be activated, not a big deal but annoying. Same desk person sent me to a restaurant which I did not go into once I saw the prices. I am not cheap it is just that one does not have to spend that much money to get a decent meal; it was a tourist trap.
