a well located and nice hotel. However, it appears when rooms are booked with a special rate, you always get the noisy sections, facing the street. but we were only there for 2 nights so it was bearable. the gowns and slippers were a welcome addition, the breakfast could be a little more creative. overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to see Assisi ans surrounds.

The swimming pool was very very small and in between a balcony. If one wants a swimming pool, then this is not the place. But everzthing else was wonderful.

This hotel had an excellent breakfast. They offer local honeys, and preserves, different kinds of cereals, and they make great coffee. Their showers were excellent, they had a rain showerhead and sidejets. The only complaint was a lack of air conditioning at night. They have this energy efficient system that turns the lights off when you leave, and the air conditioning gets turned off at night. The hotel is located near St. Agnese church outside of Assisi. If you don't plan on having a car or scooter, stay at a hotel inside the city.

The Dal Moro Gallery Hotel is situated in the Santa Maria degli Angeli part of Assisi. It is a modern hotel, located centrally within a few minutes of the Basilica. To drive into Assisi takes a couple of minutes by car. Our hotel room faced the street which made it somewhat less than quiet. The room itself was rather on the small side but furnished nicely. The bathroom was o.k. too. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, the big surprise came when they charged us EUR 3 extra for having ordered a second cup of coffee. This gesture seemed sort of symbolic for the mildly underdeveloped service orientation of the listless staff.

The Receptionist at the Hotel forgot to return our passports to us on departure. They had a notice posted in the lift that the electricity was to be cut at 8.30 in the morning which meant that we had to be up early to shower/eat breakfast, however it was not turned off so our haste was for nothing.

This hotel isn't located in Assisi, but in the valley below 5-6 km from Assisi, and a good hours walk, at elast uphill. Taxi is very expensive, we paid 26 euros to get to Assisi. If we hadn't done more research we would have found out that it wasn't located in the Assisi, The rooms very extremely small, but I saw when looking into other rooms that they had much bigger ones, guess we got a small one sinv\ce we booked through internet.

Well located property in Assisi. Adjacent corridor to room was a but noisy. Service staff in the breakfast restaurant didn't go out their way to provide friendly service (May have been due to their being a German tour group receiving priority over us).

having requested a quiet room, i was given one overlooking the street. i then changed this for an internal room, but this too turned out not to be quiet because of many guests walking past noisily.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are ultra modern and clean. The Jacuzzi in the room we booked didn't work and we had to pay a considerable supplement for the baby cot (which was very high at €18 per night!)but the restaurant food was fantastic. We would go back again. Just a note to future guests - the taxi charges are very high for some reason relative to the distance travelled.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel because we were looking for the town of Assissi. We arrived at 5AM because it took much longer to travel from our previous destination in France than we had planned. The staff was very welcoming even at this early hour. We had to wait until 11:00 AM to get into our rooms because we lost our rooms due to our late arrival. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. With their English and my little bit of Italian we were able to understand each other pretty well. We had a very enjoyable stay.
