Yipes, what a mistake! In 2005, I booked the hotel due to the proximity to the airport not realizing that the hotel had an active "business" cliental in high heels. Due to our late arrival, we were unable to change to another hotel. The hotel DID try to help and provided us with a room on an empty floor.

The hotel is located in a not very good area with no restaurants in a walking distance. It is good if you travel by car and if you are interested in just sleeping accomodation. The welcome person was not very pleasant in the beginning - just gave keys, with no additional information, maps etc. But afterwards another guy was in the reception and he was quite nice, indicated a very good restaurant for us. We had some snacks , mainly sandwiches at the hotel and the were quite nice. The furniture in the rooms are old, but ok. The breakfast is quite nice.

not very frequented hotel directly at the entrance of a motorway - closed parking at night without extra charge: car is safe! - "interesting" surroundings naples-like, a bit dirty outside, but very friendly personal and nice clean rooms that You would not expect when standing outside. bad to find if You don't know where to look for it - I asked at a gas-station in Arzano for the hotel, they could explain the way - better use a routing program: GPS N 40°54,19 / E 014°15,42 they offer a menu at a closeby pizzeria - choose the pizza-menu for Euro 10 with hors-d'euvre, pizza of own choice, water and wine! Italy live - nice pizza, nice people! problem: understanding of foreign languages bad. in the morning we had to drive to the closeby airport (not 1 km, but about 6 km!). it was a drama because the neapolitanien traffic in the morning is terrible - we did not find the right turn (no signs to capudicino-airport). we were lucky that the arriving plane was late - so we had check-in 20 minutes before planned departure - lost a lot of nerves.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A perfect hotel from wich you can explore Naples. Preferably by car.

One big, big problem was that I had the address, but the cabdriver in Naples had no idea where to find the hotel (wich he forgott to mention, before he took us in his cab).Even the people in Arzano he ask (and he ask a lot of people had no idea where to find the hotel).That we finally found the hotel was pure luck.Also I was looking for a hotel close to the Capodicinio (?) Airport, wich was on main reason for me to book ths hotel, because it advertises that it is 1km from the airport.If you want to be close to the airport, this is not the hotel for you.The people where friendly, but they did neither spoke english or german (since they advertise in both of those languages I thought they at least speak one of them).The rooms are clean and you get breakfast in the morning.

The people where very nice and very helpfull (father and son)I had a room at the front and this is close to a main road, this was noisy but not bad, htere is no walkway in front of the hotel so the best is go by car or taxi. you are 10 min from bus lane 20 what brings you to the city and 5 min from a very good meat, fish and vegetablle restaurant at the roundabout in overall good and very nice atmosphere but a point of warning, watch the taxi fare's because out of the region the count double price's(by law)
