Missed first night and called hotel to advise, knew that we would have to pay, arrived at 8am in morning and advised room not ready until 2pm? Our room was there from the night before and we had paid so after some negotiations they let us have the room. Reception staff very stern. Also left card for hotel charges at the pool, advised that €5 each to replace. Not advsied of this charge when we were given cards so obviously rejected to pay. However still put it on our bill at end of holiday. Again another 'negotiation' and didn't pay for card. What would have been a perfect hotel was ruined by unfriendly, greedy reception staff. Location, Baia sardinia great.
