Hôtel Arles Plaza - Arles

Very good hotel to stay. Everything is excellent for a 3 stars hotel. Staff speak good english and are very professional. The swimming pool and jacozzi are very good. Breakfast is good. Surrounding of the hotel is not so good and it is close to a highway but you can not hear noise in the rooms. The hotel interior is much much better than the exterior!

Arles is a wonderful city and fortunately the hotel is close enough to easily walk into the city. The hotel is servicable and clean but is not a particularly friendly hotel. The air conditioning struggled to cope with July weather (unlike our other hotels in Provence). I would return to a hotel with more chracter next time we return to Arles

This hotel was friendly and welcoming in a good location with a comfortable room. The rates were reasonable and included a good breakfast. The hotel was easy to drive to with good parking out front.

Excellent value. Excellent breakfast; it's well worth getting the room/breakfast package. A short walk to the town center. Not a hotel with a great view, but a convenient, well-priced hotel with modern decor.

El hotel está situado bastante cerca del centro de Arlés ( 3 min ) La sala principal es muy moderna y un diseño vanguardista. Tiene una zona estilo hawaiano para tomar algo por la noche y una piscina que en invierno es interior. La habitación era espaciosa. El suelo era de moqueta, al estilo inglés. Y estaba todo bastante limpio. La única pega, la bañera. El diseño hacía que toda el agua de la ducha se saliera fuera y quedase todo el suelo empantanado. El desayuno buffet era bastante amplio y el servicio era bastante bueno. En general nos llevamos una buena impresión del hotel

The New Hotel Arles Camargue is not easy to find, but the staff are very helpfull and it is within walking distance of a wonderful town

Lovely peaceful hotel yet only a few minutes walk to Arles town centre. Very modern,clean and comfortable plus friendly staff. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Gennaio 2009 abbiamo trovato la camera pulita e con un mobilio nuovo e funzionante, la zona è comoda con il centro, il personale dell'hotel gentile e disponibile. unico difetto l'hotel non ha l'ascensore

Hotel insospettabilmente bello e curato all'interno. A pochi passi dal centro dispone di parcheggio privato e gratuito.

Public area better than room quality. Room quite small, but clean and confortable.

Hotel is big, but rooms are really little and the carpets are really depresives, in a red vermellon colour.the toilets are bad and with separated water from the sink, really I can´t recomend the hotel.The manteniminet is very poor.

Nice room with better than basic buffet breakfast. Good hotel close to bus station but rather distant to train station. Several laundramats located close by on Clemanceau.

It's a old hotel.

A nice hotel, confortable, with large rooms. It has a safe private parking with cameras. I will be back next time!

All in all very positive impression. The room was a little delapidated but nothing that could not have been fixed if it was reported earlier. Very convenient location to access center of Aix.

Internet access is not free for customer. Five euros for half and hour is expensive.

In-room breakfast basket was not included in the price, as was indicated on the information I received. Private parking was great, nice pool, terrible food. Hotel is close enough to the town center to walk easily, but as a woman traveling alone I was a little uncomfortable with the walk back at night.

The indications to arrive from Nice are slightly inexact. Actually, there is a fourth traffic light.
