Hotel Le Relais de Poste - Arles

Very nice hotel - beautiful and charming rooms, incredible building - everything was ideal. Friendly staff, very helpful people. The location is very good, but there is a problem with bar nearby - people shout and scream till midnight.

In the heart of the old city, it's an affordable enjoyable hotel though our room was very small and would hardly suit a long stay. Maybe some others are larger.

Very nice hotel, quiet and well situated. Two niggles : It took forever for the hot water to arrive, and the croissants were "industrial" and not fresh.... but they were changed immediately after I asked.

There's not a parking, you have to leave the car 1km away, because the hotel is right on the pedestrian historical area of the city, just 4 steps from espace van gogh and the other monuments. Wi-fi connection isn't provided directly by the hotel, but you have to try to catch one of the free hotspot in the area, then the wi-fi keeps to disconnect because of the distance from the access points... The restaurant is only open for lunch and breakfast, not for dinner! Using the shower will cause flood in your room!

Excellent location, but may be noisy if there was drunken people shouting in the street. And it would be better if I get lower floor room, as we were carrying one big and heavy family lugguage.

Es un hotel de carretera con no muchas habitaciones y bastante tranquilo. La limpieza era normal, el baño tenia bañera y el tamaño de la habitación bastante bueno. Te dan llaver para llegar por la noche. Es bastante tranquilo y buena opción solo para dormir en la mitad entre Caracasonne y Narbonne (a 50 km)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a bit small with limited furnishing but clean and fine for a short stay.

Very nice hotel in a perfect point of the town. The only thing not perfect is that in my room the bathroom had no door!

A wonderful room with beamed ceilings and a fantastic view over the rooftops of Arles. Exactly what I had hoped for. For dinner, try the "Guele du Loup" near the Arena (rue des Arenes)!

We had a very spacious and nice room (No 6 or 7, don't remember). Very good quality for the price. The location is great, not far from the center, but in a quite calm area.

It's in the very center of Arles, so i would recommend it for the location. It's a simple hotel, without any kind of extra comfort, no lift. Our room was in need of a little renovation, especially wall-to-wall carpet and the bathroom. It looked cleaned, however too much used to be really clean. Curtains should be washed sometimes. However not that bad for its cost, really cheap. We did not try breakfast

Although I had clearly stated arrival at 00.30 I found the front door locked, reception unmanned. After some telephone calls i got a code for the front door. This code should of course have been sent to me in connection with the booking. At 00.30 you are not in the mood to show forgiveness to this.
