This was a very ordinary hotel, situated in a wonderfully old building in a very good location. The breakfast was fine and the room all right. Some staff were very friendly and others not. They park your car for you and get it back when you need it, which worked ok, but i wouldn't recommend driving in the Arles old quarter. There isn't actually any need to drive in Arles, because all the prominent sites are within easy walking distance - as are some excellent restaurants.

Location is good although it is not easy to find by driving. Valet service for car parking provided. The staff were very friendly. The old lady was very kind and recommended very good restaurant. No elevator, so it is hard job to climb to the top floor with heavy suitcase. Anyway, it is not rare case with hotels in France. Strongly recommend to stay.

After recovering from the long climb to our room, we were delighted with our accommodations. We were in a family room so we had lots of space, and the beds were very comfortable. The courtyard where they serve breakfast was lovely, and it was very nice to be able to relax there with a cool drink in the afternoon. The hotel is very close to everything, but still in a quiet location.

I was delighted with this hotel and recommend it highly. My only qualification is that I think the breakfast could be improved, thus the 8 rating for services. It was quite acceptable, but not up to the quality of the rest of the accommodation.
