C'est tout simplement un scandale. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument ni son classement 4* ni ses prix exorbitants. Les chambres correspondent plus à d'aimables chambres d'hôtes qu'à quoi que ce soit de confortable. A éviter.

We enjoyed Arles overall. We liked the rather quaint, faded charm of the hotel, but I did not feel that the room represented particularly good value for money

We stayed at North Pinus one night only but it was fantastic-we definitely recommend this place: right in the centre of Arles, surrounded by restaurants, the rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious, the interiors are classy and the atmosphere is quite different to what you get in normal hotels. The hotel director was very nice and welcoming and speaks perfect English and Italian as well as French. A must go!

Ein historisches Hotel, in dem der Stierkampf allgegenwärtig ist.Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es wirkt wie aus einer anderen Zeit und unterscheidet sich wohltuend von Kettenhotels. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und altmodisch. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr nett und ruhig, das kontinentale Frühstück gut, aber für die Leistung eigentlich zu teuer. Der Service ist sehr, sehr freundlich, aber irgendwie unprofessionell (in einem positiven Sinn). Uns hats gefallen, weil es anders war als die üblichen Hotels. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto durch die engen Gassen von Arles ist lustig. Die Lage ist unüberbietbar.

Fabulous hotel with many quirky idiosyncrasies. Lovely staff. Very helpful. They found me a parking space in their full garage. No complaints.

The hotel people were very kind and friendly, and the hotel is located in the middle of the city of Arles. It was very convinient to go everywhere. Also, we do recommend the restaurant. The menu seems a little bit expensive but it is worth more than the price. We stayed only 2 days but we really like the restaurant here and ate there at lunch and dinner. We will surely stay there again.

Room was spacious and VERY clean; Front desk personnel were especially courteous, helpful, and upscale, especially Tuyet; Petite Dejeuner served in the room was very nice (no extra charge); AC was quiet and efficient. Garage fees were $17 @ night, a little high, I thought; locating the hotel was not easy but then it was not the hotel's fault. All in all, a very nice stay.
