great location good clean hotel right next to a pine forest, but not right on the beach as it looks in the pictures car park in between,you can hire a bike or walk on the front to the port which we loved.the room was a bit small and had no balcony which was a bit dissapointing.

Hotel Plage des Pins enjoy an excellent location basically right on the beach and very close to the nightlife and shopping spots. The big drawback is the fact that the standard rooms that are not having sea view (the ones facing the swimming pool) are very small with tiny beds (width is approx. 120 cm) where 2 adults can only sleep next to each other demonstrating real good acrobatic skills. A big extra plus is the excellent breakfast buffet and the big swimming pool

I initialy booked a standard room which i cancelled by mistake, I inedeately tried to reinstate the booking but was told be Venere this was not possible so had to book a more expensive classic double room. On arrival I was told there were only classic twins availible or a standard double at the price of a classic room! Basicaly we were charged for a classic but got a standard.

Problem with the shower on first use caused flooding into the main room. Cleaners dealt well with this and we were able to take measures to minimise further flooding. We did not complain at the time as we encountered a little difficulty with the language. Not a criticism we cannot speak good enough French we did not expect full English speakers in attendance. We are sure winter refurbishment will deal with the faulty shower. We were very pleased with the hotel generally and will consider staying again if the need arises.

Good basic 3 * hotel at a quiet end of the beach. Argeles plage as a location is not Cannes. The hotel is reasonable value for money.
