The coastal town of Argelès-sur-Mer is located on the Mediterranean Sea, a 15-minute drive from the town of Perpignan and only half an hour from the Spanish border.

This Art hotel in Southern France was completely renovated and provides its guests with a sophisticated, refined atmosphere. It features an outdoor heated swimming pool, a lounge bar and a terrace overlooking the ocean. Modern art exhibitions are held at the hotel on a permanent basis.

The surroundings offer kilometers of wide sandy beaches where guests can practice surf, water sports, and scuba diving in the numerous rocky creeks. Excursions and day trips can be organized to the Medieval town of Carcassonne, the Salvador Dalì Museum in Figueres (northern Spain), as well as the Principality of Andorra in the Pyrenees mountains.

Generally a great place, very minimalist and simple but very stylish, especially the bar and "restaurant" It could be a really great hotel if they offered food, especially because there is absolutely NOWHERE TO EAT NEARBY! without driving for 15/20 mins. They offer a very limited menu at night, only simple tapas,which you wouldn't want more than once. If they offered a decent, fresh menu, which changed regularly, it would be a superb hotel. Nowhere did it mention that they didn't do food or that there was nowhere to eat nearby. Rooms clinical but clean, beds very comfortable, air con excellent and efficient. However our room wasn't what it should have been - we should have had a loggia balcony for a Prestige room, which it didn't have, it merely had railings so that you could open the patio doors and not fall out - that's not the same as a loggia balcony and we were very disappointed about that, we felt the hotel had short changed us. The really need to provide tea and coffee making facilities too for the price they charge. Don't go for standard rooms, they're tiny! On the whole a good hotel, but not a great hotel. If they did all of the above, it could be great and we'd stay there again. NB, nowhere near the sea, although we did have a sea view.

You absolutely need a car to stay in this hotel. The restaurant in the hotel next door is closed. You can reach The beach in the southern part of Argeles by foot.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel takes a deposit of one night or 30 % of the total amount of the stay for a stay for more than 3 nights . For a cancellation between 30 and 21 days before check-in , hotel keeps 25 % of the deposit, for a cancellation between 20 and 14 days hotel keeps 50 % of the deposit, for a cancellation between 13 and 7 days before check in, hotel keeps 75 % of the deposit and for a cancellation 6 days before check in or less, hotel keeps the totality of the deposit.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
