First I got a room, while I was having dinner the receptionist asked me if I could change room 'cause they mixed up something. So after dinner I had to change room. In this new room, way smaller, right outside the bathroom door the carpet was socking wet!!! Going back to dinner, I got there around 8pm, I ordered after 10 minutes (there was only 1 other person in the room) and I finally got my food (a filet with some beans) after 20 minutes!!! Breakfast was super though, that I have to say.

The Etrusco Palace was the only hotel on our honeymoon to have a bottle of chilled champagne ready for us in our room! The service here was very good, the only downside was that it was much further from the station than the website led us to believe, which meant that we used taxi's quite a bit to get dinner, get to train station etc but as we only stayed one night this was not too burdensome. Their recommendation for a late pizza was excellent.

Great rooms - very spacious with nice bathrooms. Location is not great: a good 10 min drive from centre of Arezzo. Outside of hotel and immediate environs not very attractive. Staff not overly friendly. However, if you have a car it is a good base.

The facility was very nice. Although the hotel is slightly removed from the center-city, access to the city was easy and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to tourists as well as business men. Better directions will help in finding the location.
