Very convenient location right in centre of Arezzo. Great for nearby restaurant, cafes and sight-seeing. No restaurant or public area as you would expect in a four star hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. No comfortable chair in room. No lift in hotel.

At the Patio Hotel you can choose between 7 different rooms and suites furnished with original pieces coming from different countries.Rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, mini bar, safe, satellite TV with Sky channels and Pay TV, high speed and wireless Internet access and direct dial telephone. The double room measures 12 sqm and features a lovely canopy bed.
Baby cots are also available. Pets are welcome.

How to reach Graziella Patio Hotel
By carFrom the A1 highway exit at Arezzo and follow the signs to the city centre. Once in Via Petrarca Street reach Piazza G. Monaco Square and take the second street on the right, Via Roma Street. At the traffic lights turn left and enter in Via Madonna del Prato. Drive until Piazza S. Francesco, turn right onto Via Cavour, where the hotel is located.
By train
From the railway station take Via G. Monaco Street, pass through the gardens of Piazza G. Monaco Square and proceed until the end of the street. Turn right, pass Piazza San Francesco Street and after few metres you will find the hotel on the right side.
