Hotel Il Poggio - Arenzano

Appreciated the fact that the reception staff spoke a very good french.

Good experience, clean and nice hotel, in a quiet position, spacious rooms, very good for one night or two as close to highway, 5 mins to beach by car.

Una pecca è sicuramente la vicinanza all'imbocco autostradale, che la rende una soluzione poco adatta se non si ha una macchina. Il personale è competente e molto gentile, le camere ben pulite sebbene non spaziosissime. La colazione di qualità buona e a pochi metri c'è un ristorante. Sicuramente, più che buono il rapporto - qualità prezzo.

The staff were polite but curt, the restaurant was good but the breakfast disappointing. We were allowed only one drink. Being asked to pay for a second cup of coffee was a bit ridiculous!! Parking was tight and our car got scratched.This is our first Venere disappointment.

Comoda struttura vicinissima all'autostrada,paesino di Arenzano da visitare con mare cristallino. Rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo.

A super hotel ideally located just off the Autostrada. We stayed in a family room for one night, arriving very late due to our ferry from Corsica docking late in nearby Savona. Our room was super, spacious , airy and with an excellent bathroom.Lovely breakfast the following morning made us all feel relaxed.

We decided on this hotel at the last minute, instead of staying in Milan upon our arrival to Italy. The hotel is in a period of revival so the pool, hot tub, and other community areas were not available. Hotel was ok, but other options are available in Arenzano.

Für ein Zwischenübernachtung eine gute Wahl. Direkt nach der Autobahnabfahrt. Gegenüber auf der Strasse eine urige Pizzeria. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für vier Leute, geräumig, schönes Bad. Frühstück ist oK.

L'hotel è molto buono e molto comodo venendo dall'autostrada, visto che è vicinissimo all'uscita. Noi l'abbiamo usato solo per una notte come tappa, non sappiamo quindi dire quanto sia comodo per un soggiorno più a lungo termine. Va però detto che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo per la zona.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Während des Aufenthaltes war jedoch das Personal an der Reception nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber ausser im Bad machten Badewanne und Duschvorhang keinen sauberen Eindruck. Das Hotel ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Angenehm sind der Pool und die klimatisierten Zimmer.

The restaurant in the same building as Il Poggio was quite good. This should be used more by Il Poggio. On the other hand, there was some traffic noise. It was not indicated anywhere that il Poggio is situated 100 meters from the Autostrada. But if you get the rooms facing the mountains (as we did) the view is quite spectacular and the noise didn't bother at all. I recommend Il Poggio and the restaurant in the same building. Ciao.

In all : very clean , large rooms, near to motorway and town and quiet. hotel schould indicate on web-site its parking space.excellent quality for price

A very nice hotel conviently near the autostrada. (Not near the water) The owners were most helpful and friendly. The restaurant next door was great.

Auf jeden Fall geeignet für Übernachtung bei Durchreise. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt - kaum zu verfehlen. Ins Zentrum jedoch sehr weit - ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert. Als Hotel für STrandurlaub eher ungeeignet. Tiefgarage nicht für Ungeübte.

Ideales Hotel für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise (direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt gelegen). Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig. Freundlicher Empfang. Nicht geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

L'unico inconveniente è stato che, al nostro arrivo la camera aveva un forte e nauseabondo puzzo di fumo poichè il locale non era stato areato per bene.

Our only concern was the parking was small and limited, otherwise our stay was great. We even had two children with us and they enjoyed themselves.

On the website it should be added how far it is to the beach and the city.
