A nice hotel in a nice place ! What a pity the Wifi not available everywhere (announced free but you must pay for internet access)and the park car too short !

I stayed alone for 2 nights. An example of incompetent front desk service - I was made to stand and wait for my room key for about 7 minutes whilst receptionist was engaged with a telephone booking/enquiry. She knew my room number as she had checked me in the previous day. The room keys were infront of her. It appeared her motive was to inconvenience me. No apology for making me wait, just a arrogant expression. From outside the hotel building appears grand and oppulent. The interior and rooms are however very ordinary. No maintenance staff to help connect my Dvd player. After 3 calls to reception and 2 hours later the receptionist came to my room, though was as clueless as me. I was pleased to get a seaview room. Proximity to the sea very close. It was very relaxing hearing the ebba nd flow of the waves.
