Clean Rooms slightly quirky hotel not necessarily in a bad way. Owner could do better at DIY - needs some minor repairs to rooms. Owner very accomodating - asked to change rooms since shower was inadequate did so without question - moved all our belongings on our return after lunch. Location slightly out of town but only a short walk away.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, quelques jours de vacances pour profiter d'Arcachon et de la plage. L'hôtel est tranquille et familial, la décoration n'est pas tout à fait terminée mais elle promet de rendre à l'établissement tout son charme, son prorpriétaire est sympathique et serviable. Proche de la plage, bien pratique. Pour plus d'une nuit ou deux, nous aurions aimé avoir dans la chambre une armoire un peu plus grande. Notre chambre avait un accès à un petit blcon, agréable.

Chambre familiale vétuste, sale et inconfortable. Salle de bain non finie et non fonctionnelle. Literie grinçante et de mauvaise qualité. Chambre au dessus et bruit de pas au plafond dès que la personne se léve. Le prix payé pour la nuit est trop élevé pour la qualité de la prestation et je ne recommande à personne de louer cette chambre. Un peu de positif, le patron est sympa.

Hotel vraiment charmant, décoré avec gout et simplicité, dans lequel on se sent bien. Chambre agréable et propre donnant sur un petite cour intérieure à l'étage, salle de bain assez spacieuse. Le personnel est très accueillant, nous avons pu arriver tard sans problème la chambre nous attendait... je recommande cet hotel sans hésiter, plus agréable que d'autres (testés) pour le même prix. Idéal pour un budget serré (prix moin cher sur venere) qui souhaite cependant passer d'agréables nuits. Il est situé dans une petite rue non loin des plages d'arcachon, et relativement près du centre et des cafés-resto de plages!
