Hotel Excelsior - Aosta

Hôtel très convenable pour une étape. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Un peu de bruit le matin car donne sur la rue. Parking gratuit et places disponibles à proximité. Porpriétaire pas très accueillante mais vient on pour ça?

Not expensive for the rooms. Easy to go to the city centre. No car park but spaces on the street. It is an hotel and a bar: good breakfast (not included). Noise of the cars because at a junction between two streets.

We were only two but we got a room for 3 persons because on the reservation site no free room for 2 was proposed. But many rooms were available. So we paid for a room for 3 instead of 2 without the possibility of changing

Hotel was OK, we were quite happy to stay there, but there were definately some points to concider when selecting a hotel: Staff did not speak english at all, the noise from traffic was really load, no internet connection was available ( I mean not even for extra charge, web pages said there should be, maybe language problem because Idid not speak italian ), with 5 eur extra charge you get a breakfast including a bun, croissant and coffee.

The staff was not very friendly; the breakfast was poor.
