This is a nice small hotel, just down the streeet from Grote Markt, the central square. You can momentarily park just outside to unload and take your case to your room, and then drive the car a couple of blocks to a private garage where the hotel has a few spaces. The only disappointing thing about this otherwise excellent hotel was the coffee at breakfast; it comes out of one of those awful vending type machines!

Hotel Rubens - Grote Markt features 36 spacious, bright and individually decorated guest rooms, Junior suites and Suites where comfort and elegance are combined in order to offer you the best hospitality in Antwerp.All of the accommodations include TV, minibar, electronic safe, Wireless Internet access, coffee&tea making facilities, as well as a private bathroom with large bathtub and/or shower, separate toilet, and hair-dryer.
Non-smoking rooms available on request. Possibility for lodging animals against payment in the Single/Double Deluxe Front side exclusively.
Guests can choose from a wide range of accommodation options, from 25 - 30 sq.m. Double/ Single Deluxe Front side Room (Cathedral views on higher floors), 30 sq.m. Single/Double Atmosphere giving onto the patio or the garden, and 30 sq.m. Non Smoking Deluxe Single/Double garden room with private terrace. The Deluxe rooms have either a shower or a bathtub.
For a special occasion, choose from the 40 sq.m. Non Smoking Junior Suite on the patio and the garden, or the 80 sq.m. non smoking Rubens Suite with separate living room, all with luxury marble bathroom, bathrobes and Sutton & Foster toiletries.
