Hôtel Résidence les Strélitzias - Antibes Juan les Pins

The hotel is easy to find. We had a rental car, so we were able to go where ever we wanted. Cannes is about a 20 minute drive. There are many public beaches, but 3 are walking distance from the hotel. The closest one is literally 2 blocks (5 minute walk) from the hotel. There are always places to rent beach chairs along the coast, if you don't want to go to a public beach. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the night life area. It is about a 10 minute walk to the extremely ritzy Antibes area, and about a 15 minute drive to the Picasso museums. Walking would be a task to go to either Picasso museums. I would definitely recommend this hotel for one only wanting to explore the Antibes area. The hotel room was the most beautiful hotel room I have stayed in in Europe. The quality exceeds the price. The area surrounding the hotel is quaint and there is a park across the street.

Stayed for two nights in November. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable if a bit dated in decor. Great hotel in Juan Les Pins!

Hotel Les Strelitzias is a very functional hotel; we had everything we needed, the room was huge, the food was good, it was reasonable---it feels a little institional, not terribly warm or cozy or charming. However, it's perfect for a long-term business stay. It is also close to the beach, affording lots of opportunities for walking.

It will be my preferred hotel to stay should I have opportunity to come to cannes film festival in next coming year.

Very good all-round hotel whether for business or vacation. The restaurant is excellent too!

We were impressed by this hotel. It was an old-fashioned building, but better than expected inside! The bar with its pastis theme and piano, was interesting. We had a good evening meal in the hotel restaurant, though we were there out of season. Even the children's meals were better than average. We did not have the hotel breakfast as it was - as usual - overpriced. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, but no bar fridge or tea and coffee making facilities, which was our only disappointment. Parking was extra. Quite nice park with kids play equipment across hotel and walking distance to beach area with coffee shops.

The hotel is quite nice. The only problem I've faced is the Wireless internet. I needed it but most of the times it was not available from the room. This is a problem because I warned them beforehand (three weeks in advance) that I needed internet access. Regarding other points, I considered the hotel a good tradeoff price/quality.

Not the best location but if you don't mind walking a couple of extra blocks, the hotel is clean and well run.

Hotel is 3 blocks from the beach (about 5 minutes). Half of the building is dedicated to condos which are owned mostly by older retirees. The hotel itself is modern with underground parking (a big plus) in Juan Le Pins. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and a lot of closet space. The balcony was also very nice, although it only looked out over the courtyard and was facing the other half of the building.

Stayed in this hotel on several occasions, very central to all amenities. Would recommend this hotel as a good all round decent hotel offering good value for money.

Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a large balcony and our triple room overlooked a park. Breakfast was not included but was very nice for 11.50 euro. On-site parking was 5 euro a night and very convenient.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, yet only a short walk to the beach and night spots. We really enjoyed our large , sunny room, complete with patio.

Overall, an excellent stay, nice balcony, great location, spotless room, no fuss. Only downside, could'nt understand the menu, gym out of order and no swimming pool. Would definately visit this hotel again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone also for business travel. Three stars but all over it looks like four stars.

Everything about this hotel was great, except the condition of the shower, which was full of mildew. An unfortunate lapse of quality in such a nice property.

A warm, friendly, and welcoming hotel in the centre of Juan Les Pins. The staff could not have been more helpful, including moving us to adjoining rooms when our daughter joine us for the weekend. The rooms were large and spacious, with enormous wrapround verandahs. here was some construction under way to make a new garden in the forecourt but this caused minimal inconvenience and will look great for the summer. The hotel was popular with older travellers but I was attending a conference in Nice and could not have been more comfortable, with restaurants, train station, and even WiFi close to hand. All in all excellent value.

Large room, warm hospitality, good restaurant, excellent proportion price/quality. I would suggest to friends with not redountant expectations. Perfect 3 stars, close to 4 stars

A lovely hotel which is more a 4 star hotel than a 3 star. Only negative was the beds that were quite hard.

We arrive at the Hotel Strelitzias and were immediately brought to our room. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet at night-time (very important). We had an evening meal in the restaurant and were delighted with it. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station (Juan Les Pins) and the beach. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
