Lovely hotel with warm, friendly staff. Excellent location near train station and short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Rooms are small, but charming - note that there are a number of stairs to the rooms. Parking is limited, but quite reasonable, especially for the area.

La Marjolaine was sweet, slightly old world and very hospitable, though in a rapidly changing area shifting towards a brasher commercial tourist world that we found disappointing. The hotel itself was a real respite from this. The staff had less English than most places we have stayed but this was never a real problem and their service was always helpful.

This was a great hotel. Having parking available is a huge plus. The breakfast was wonderful. The most amazing aspect though was the staff. I was late to arrive so I called and they were most accommodating to wait for me. That was extremely helpful as they have a gate that is locked with code access after 10:00 pm. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and it will not be the last as i intend to book again for next year. This was the first time my friend had stayed with me and she was equally excited with the hotel and would recomend this hotel to others and wants to stay with me again next year. We would love to know which room have the balacony and stay in one of those. This hotel caters for all and no one should have any problems with it. It is lovely and i love going.

Me and my family are regular customers of Hotel La Marjolaine, for many years. The perfect location, parking facilities, romantic atmosphere and great service make this hotel the best choice in Antibes/Juan-les-Pins. Getting a fresh and large breakfast in the morning, with the sun over the terrace, is a nice start of the day. One small disadvantage: there might be some noise coming from the apartment building at the other side of the street. For some reason, during the summertime, the people living there are quite loud speakers when sitting on their balconies. We love La Marjolaine!

La Marjolaine is a gem! As a family-run hotel, you will feel warmly welcome from the first smile of your hosts to the end of your stay. My girlfriend and me stayed for three nights and without problems could extend our stay for one more night at same rate. The location is superb. We enjoyed our vacation by walking 10mins to beach for the mornings and taking a train from the train stop conveniently situated 5min away directly to the centres of Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco etc. in the afternoon. The rooms are beautifully decorated and some are very spacious. Unlike most other standard places in town, La Marjolaine offers that distiguishing charme and personal touch that makes a stay special.

Lovely, small, family-owned inn 3 blocks from beach. On-site parking! Nice neighborhood, cafes, bakeries, laundry nearby. Room was very small - just bigger than double bed - but quite comfortable, especially for the great price. Wireless internet did not work in room, but was available in lobby. 5-10 min drive to Antibes.

We'll definitely recommend this hotel. - Location was good, close to train station. - The staff was very nice and helpful. - The room was not huge, but ok. The decoration was nice (wooden roof and wardrobes). - Only disadvantage is that one could hear everything that was happening on the stairs (one night there was a noisy group of British people). - Breakfast was good value. 5€ each, sitting in a nice courteyard. Including coffee or tea, orange juice, baguettes, butter & jam, a croissant and yoghourt, all of good quality brands. Juan-les-Pins in itself is very touristic (Antibes is much nicer), but good for the beach.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times when on business in Cannes, mainly due to it's proximity to the station in juan les pins which has a direct line link into the centre of cannes. It's a lovely, old world french hotel, good continental breakfast and a slightly tatty charm. A short wander takes you into juan les pins and it's bars, restaurants and beach. J'aime. Good price too....

In a quiet location. The hotel was a great base for exploring the nearby towns. The town of Jan-les-Pins was a typical beach town with bad food and not much to do, but Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Vence are close by for easy day trips. A good choice if you want a quiet place with reasonable prices and service. Our only complaint is that the hotel only wanted to accepted Visa charge cards (no MC, no Amex), although this is not mentioned on the site.

The best you can get for this price between Nizza and Cannes. A charming oasis between the appartment buildings. Only 200 m from the promenade and the "bay of billionaires" with the big boatswith heli on deck. Casino, shops and restaurants nearby. Very personal and individual service by the owners. Very cosy because of the age of the house; must have been a private villa before becoming a hotel. Whenever going again to Cote d'Azur we would choose this place. The hotel is a nice villa very closed to the sea, all the rooms are different one from the other. You 'll find also a large private parking (4,0 €/day. The free parking in the neighbours is absolutely no possible). All is really better than the usual hotels in the same category. Home french breakfast (5 €),served in the beautiful living room. I want to report the small dimension of the beds and the limited credit cards (only VISA) they accepted in payment. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
