Hotel Juan Beach is a delightful gem in it's class and well priced for such an expensive part of France. I was traveling alone with 2 children and booked it for the pool and proximity to a playground/park and the beach. It was everything it claimed to be for a family. Staff was helpful. My only complaint was with the air conditioning - clearly different standards from mine for what they consider to be cool. Overall, highly recommend this hotel in this price range.

We had three nights in the Juan Beach - what a great place! It's on a really quiet street yet is about five minutes walk from the sea-front, bars and restaurants of Juan-les-Pins. Service is excellent, with good English spoken by the staff; our late arrival presented no problem. We would return for certain.

A wonderful place to stay, the staff are fantastic, located on a quiet street within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Juan Las Pins. We had a most relaxing holiday, which is what its' all about! Will stay here again.

Older hotel which has been nicely kept up. Bathroom was completely tiled, modern and very nice. Bed comfortable and a nice large balcony; able to close shutters at night and keep the door open safely. Partial view of city, palm trees, a glimpse of Mediterranean. It was enjoyable! Good location - could walk to Antibes, casino, etc.

We stayed at the Juan Beach hotel for the Grand prix weekend and for the following week .This hotel is in a fantastic location two mins walk from all the restaurants yet tucked away down a very quiet street with no traffic noise ,room was very clean and made up every day we chose to have breakfast out of the hotel and plenty of cafe`s to choose from.A great location and felt very safe at all times including walking back through the park late at night staff were helpfull and polite. Great access to all areas along the coast on the train 5 mins walk away or on the bus (Cheap too) we will be going back as soon as poss.

A lovely hotel which I would certainly recommend for the price. The room was sparkling clean and although it was not spacious it was a pefectly adequate size with plenty of wardrobe space(including hangers), shelving, table, chairs and still room to move about. The bathroom was beautiful with a great shower. Towels were changed daily and a different towel was also provided for beside the pool which could be exchanged for a clean one whenever you wished. The loungers by the pool were fab and there were plenty of them. The loungers were nice and sturdy and had lounger "pads" which you would be lucky to get in a 4* hotel - they were luxuriously thick and had "pillows". There were also plenty of little tables and parasols around the pool so it was a lovely place to relax and got the sun almost all day. The bar area was lovely too - nice and clean and very relaxing to sit in. It was open on one side so was out of the sun but still "outside" and looked onto the pool area. The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the nightlife and was in a lovely part of Juan les Pins - right beside the pine trees where the locals played boules daily.

The hotel Juan Beach was pretty much excellent in all but one respect; quietness. The hotel is located fairly close to a park area that is used (in the summer months I guess) for open air concerts. These are VERY clearly audible in the hotel and totally prevented my wife and I going to sleep until they were over. Since this was after midnight it was not what we wanted at all. I don't know how often these concerts are on but it was several nights during the week that we were staying in Juan Les Pins.

A very nice hotel, very comfortable with a very good staff. It's in Juan Le Pins centre (very good for walking) and just five minutes from the marvellous Antibes. The beaches are just across two streets, 2 minutes walking. The room is not very spacious but is very very clean with a marvellous bathroom. The staff is excellent.

Nice hotel close to pretty much everything in JLP. If anything to remark negatively then the fact that the hotel bar & garden area closed at 8 p.m.

An excellent place for the area. Whilst our room was a little small it was clean and modern and looked out onto the pool. We did not have any refreshments but what we saw looked very good. The hotel is 5 minutes from the town and facilities of Juan Les Pins that has plenty of cafes and restaurants. The car park is at the back of hotel down a narrow drive edged with high walls and opens up into a yard that would cope with five cars. We had a rented Renault Scenic which we managed to scrape the corner wall. It was very tight but secure. There is limited car parking along the road outside. The swimming pool which was heated and sun loungers were excellent. An excellent stay and highly recommended.

Juan Beach Hotel has a lovely pool and bar area. The hotel is opposite a school or nursery so can be noisey during school hours. The location is very central to Juan Le Pins. I stayed in a downstairs bedroom which was very noisy in the mornings and we were woken up all three mornings at about 8.30-9am.

One of the most pleasant hotel-stays I have ever had! The staff was ALWAYS service-minded and nice. The place was clean and the room was big enough and very nice!

The location was perfect. Just 5 min. walk from the beach and from the shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice, and also the lounge near the pool in maritime style.

Very nice experience. Not far (200 m) from the city center. Finding parking space is difficult, but that's everywhere in Juan Les Pins le same problem. There are 5 parkingspaces ( payable) at the back of the hotel.

A fabulous homely hotel with all the attributes required to make our stay more than perfect! The staff were amazing and would highly recommend it. We'll be back next year for sure! Thanks for everything Danny!

Great location although Juan Les Pins does close down after September. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Great budget hotel.

I thought the hotel was excellent value and superbly located, i would like though if they could offer a weekly , weekend or mid-week package. The two reception girls were fantastic, extremely helpful, genuinely friendly and ready to assist you at all times. a very pleasant experience.
