Perfect location of the hotel. A little bit worse to get to the parking with our Transit. Just pitty we could not stay longer than for one night. Welcoming atmosphere, services of staff were great.

This hotel was in a great location and we are very glad we stayed here rather than in Antibes. Short walk to great beach. Ample, free parking. Downsides were the terrible smell that filled the room when we turned on the air. Really bad so we opened the windows and got eaten by mosquitos at night, both nights. The only other downside was having to drive to restaurants. We paid for the 11 Euro breakfast both nights and it was worth it. Despite the mosquitoes, we would stay here again.

it is a lovely hotel in a beautiful spot however the lack of taxi /shuttle service back into town was disappointing. If you want to leave your car at the hotel and walk or get a taxi into town, this is not ideally situated. Has the hotel (together with others close by) considered a shuttle for guests who want to go into town for a drink?

Superior value in this high-price location. Giant room with ocean view. Comfortable outdoor area. Definitely a keeper.

Excellent value for money; pleasant, competent staff fluent in English. Beautiful location in quiet area; Room 20 has a fabulous view all the way to Cannes; on-site parking.

Nice hotel in a good and quite position. Competitive daily rate compared to other hotels in the same category.We had a standard roomn on the ground floor...a little feeling of ''humidity' inside the room was the only negative aspect

Room a bit small, but very comfortable, warmly recommend! A bit far from the old town, about 45m by foot, but beautiful drive along the Sea to it - and parking has never been a problem.

This is a very lovely hotel, with pool, comfortable and attractive sitting and dining areas inside and outside, even a small but fully stocked bar. Lots of variety of delicious food at breakfast. The room was adequately sized, with delightful French decor and furnishings. Bathroom was large and beautifully tiled, equipped with magnifying mirror and hairdryer. Tall ceilings and new but period-correct windows overlooking lush landscaping made the room seem larger than it was. We were especially struck by the very helpful and courteous staff. Everything we requested (early check-in, late breakfast) was promptly accommodated with cheerful smiles and friendly hospitality. The hotel's location,in a quiet residential area, was still convenient to everything. A delightful experience, wish we had been able to stay here longer.

Cap D'Antibes is really BORING, but this hotel, which is more like a B&B in terms of size and warmth, was really great. We loved our room, its size and furnishings. The pillows were too hard, but otherwise, this place was great. Pool was too cold. Buffet reakfast was too expensive at €12.00, but there's a continental for €6.50.

Camere luminose e spaziose. Ambiente riposante (la piccola e rilassante piscina è una piacevole sorpresa) ed equilibrato. In più a 15 minuti a piedi le spiagge della Costa Azzurra. Il prezzo è adeguato ai servizi, alla posizione e alla zona in cui è l'hotel.

The pool was excellent, and the parking places enaugh.The rooms were very clean and with good climateregulation. We enjoyed the fine breakfast in the garden
