Perched on a hillside, sloping down into the Mediterranean Sea, the Club Hotel Barbarossa is a wonderful Antalya Kas 5 star hotel on Turkey's Çukurbag peninsula. The holiday town of Kas is nearby and the hotel is a convenient place to set off and visit Mount Olympos, Saklıkent, Xsantos, Kaputaş, Letoon, Tylos, St Nicholas, Myra, Çayağazı, Pinara and Patara.
After breakfast, you can dive straight off the rocks into the deep sea's beautiful clean waters, or sunbathe on the sun terraces. If you want to pamper yourself even more, then from May 2008 onwards you can enjoy heated salt-water Jacuzzis and massages in the spa.
Great dining is also the essence of stay at the Club Hotel Barbarossa, as there is a range of restaurants and bars to choose from. After you have relaxed, the hotel also offers guided tours, excursions, Jeep safaris, paragliding, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, boat tours as well as mountain biking. There is an Internet point too.

It was very difficult to find this hotel. There was no information on the website to guide one here, and we were driving our rental car. We ended up asking a local taxi driver who gave us the general direction to head in and we eventually found the hotel. It was worth the confusion, however, as it is in a beautiful setting and the rooms were quite spacious and beautifully appointed. The food was just average,however. It also took us about 30 min to check out - the young man helping us wasn't too well trained on the computer.

Hotel is in a wonderful place and a good place to relax for a day or two. It is isolated so heading into town is a hassle. The food is good but the beverages are pricey. Staff is lovely.

From Istanbul: follow the roads going through Bilecik, Kütahya, Afyon, Budur, Tefenli, Fethiye and then Kaş. You could also follow a shorter yet more windy routes going through Bilecik, Kütahya, Afyon, Burdur, Bucak, Korkuteli, Elmalı, Gömbe and then Kaş, where the hotel is located.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after noon.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the not later than 10 a.m.

Parking is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT! Reservations that are cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date
will be charged 20% penalty. Reservations cancelled within the last 30 days of
arrival will be subject to 40% penalty.
In case of no-show the total amount of the stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
