complaints which were NOT addressed were: Toilet paper ran out -no spare-room not cleaned, beds not made.No hot water in morning.Very noisy staff at 4 a.m.

Room cleaned once in 10 days stay

Beautiful hotel, nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had stayed before and enjoyed it just as much .The staff were lovely & helpful.We wil be going back.

In the heart of the old city the location was ideal. The staff were very helpful and the gardens were amazing to chill out in, and in the evenings a great resturaunt service was put on. Only regret is that we only got to spend one night here. will definetly go back.

The hotel staff were attentive , helpful and friendly . We enjoyed the breakfast buffet outside in the pleasant garden area where we were also able to sit until late in the evening . The hotel has been newly refurbished and the rooms are spotless if a little small . The area around the hotel is very quiet but there are plenty of shops , restaurants and a small town beach , for which unfortunately you have to pay , within walking distance . We stayed here for 3 nights in high season and all in all found it very pleasant .
