There was no employee to carry my bags in my arrival. I had to go by stairs to the 3rd floor with 3 bags. There´s no shower in the bathroom, only a bathtube and a hand piece for washing. But the worst of all was the noise at night. The wooden walls of my room weren´t able to block the snoring sound from the next room. I went to the reception at dawn to complain but they said the hotel was full and they could do nothing about it. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Tresome was one of the most beautiful inns we have encountered in our travels through France. We were on the top floor which was not serviced by an elevator; our room though small was beautifully appointed and quite charming. The view of Lac Annecy from our room was spectacular, and my birthday dinner in the restaurant was most delectable and memorable.

I am a single business traveller and always use Venere.com for booking my hotels, mainly in Europe. I found Les Tresoms to be of excellent standard. The staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly in helpnig me organise my transport and taxi shuttles in and around Annecy and Geneva. The choice of breakfast was also good. Room was comfortable and quiet and I felt that the price was perfectly acceptable. I very much enjoyed my stay and will be returning for a nice long weekend together with my husband!

The location of the hotel was beautiful and the people were very nice! Only problems were that we had to pay extra for the 3rd person, when we thought we had a room for 3 and the dinner at the restaurant was not impressive.

A nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Good facilities and guest areas but our bedrooms were very small an cramped. Breakfasts appeared expensive for what was offered. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent, especially the dinner. The only criticism would be the grounds could use some maintainance, flowers etc. Other than that the views were beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the food was excellent.
