A little out of the way but a great location. We really enjoyed our short stay there and staff was extremely helpful. Hope to get back some day for a longer stay.

The web pages about the hotel do not accurately reflect just who the hotel caters for. The menus for dinner were exceedingly poor, it seems the hotel caters mainly for tours - it was not what I expected. Of the three hotels I stayed in during my stay in France it was the most expensive and as for value for money was the worst.

The setting is Heaven on Earth, and the hotel is quite nice. Dinners in the restaurant were not elaborate, but there are several other restaurants nearby for haute cuisine. Spend the extra for a room with a view of the lake, and you never want to leave.

The hotel is located in an absolute beautiful area. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. The food was excellent but full course meals only. Very quite when we were there (September), probably very busy and perhaps noisy in the summer. One couple came into the dining room and were rather obnoxious and demanding - the staff handled the situation very well.

Employees very helpful especially service in restaurant but on one occasion service for afternoon tea less than satisfactory. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend. Our first trip to Talloires, very scenic but not too much to do other than swimming and sun bathing, either by the lake or the hotel pool.

Excellent place with wiew over the lake, fantastic mountains and very nice little "dorf". The breakfast was superb. Very good parking by the hotel. This is on the countryside.
