Rooms quite cramped but temperature well controlled. No coffee/tea making facilities or fridge which was poor. Breakfast was basic with no cooked options. Clean facilities and convenient. Parking arrangements were tricky with expensive local parking and had to move the car twice to keep cost down. Reception generally pretty helpful.

I recommend this hotel for a young couple, mature people or single people. Traveling with small children it is difficult because the rooms can be very small.

Overall a wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. It is located a short walk from the train station in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the major sights. The room, though compact, was very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others.

The hotel is near the town center, on foot is possible to arrive in the old town. There is some problem to find a parking near the hotel, specially on suterday evening, and the parking in the week (not in the week end) is not free, but with hour-ticket.

Parking was the only problem - car park had maximum height restriction and our 4x4 had a roofbox on top so we had to park in a public, unsecured carpark - although on the plus side, the hotel gave us a voucher to enable free overnight parking in it.

An excellent place to stay, located on a quiet street in Annecy, very close to the Lake and the Old Town (Vieille Ville).

In the webpage was no info about the breakfast (price, if included and so on...) The brakfast was also expensive but at least it was ok. But the room was very poor and smelled very badly about smoke... ... and this window ist to small..
