The receptionist who greeted us in the evening was lovely and friendly, really helpful and welcoming. The barman was also warm and friendly. The rooms were clean, although maybe a little bland. The hotel is situated back from the road in its own spacious grounds. Very nice stay.

The hotel is a nice clean hotel. There are three issues outside of cleanliness that need to be considered. 1) The room price DOES NOT include the kitchenette. You HAVE TO reserve and pay for it separately. This makes the hotel OVERPRICED for what you would get. 2) There is free onsite parking. 3) You NEED to have a car to go to the beaches.

For using the built-in kitchen they charge 20€ a day which is ridiculous. For two Persons the room was large but there could sleep up to 4 people. Then it would be rather crowded.

aucun problème avec le staff juste une remarque concernant la déco des couloirs qui aurait besoin de rénovation nous avions une prestation hotel dans une chambre pouvant recevoir 6 personnes concernant le petit déjeuner il fallait souvent réclamer pour qu'ils rechargent le buffet, le jus d'orange était de mauvaise qualité Dans l'ensemble un bel établissement où nous retournerons à l'occasion

Good quality, but... Breakfasts neatly overpriced : No eggs, no ham, no cheese, no diet sugar, for 8 Euros!

Room Details
Hotel Residence Anglet Biarritz - Parme features 71 fully equipped accommodations - 49 one-room and 22 two-room apartments, all accessible by lift in a nice 4-storey building. The serviced apartments located on ground level are reserved for the use of disabled guests.The 25 square meter one-room apartment can host up to 4 people, the 35 square meter two-room up to 6. All accommodations come with air conditioning and a private terrace with table and chairs, offering a view over the swimming pool.
All serviced apartments include a bathroom with bathtub and hair-dryer, a living area with sofa-bed and a dining area with refrigerator, table, cable TV and telephone.
The two-room apartment also includes a bedroom with double bed. Bunk beds are available in the studios for 2 to 4 people and the apartments for 6 people.
On request, the fully fitted kitchenette can be open for a surcharge. It includes hot stoves, sink, oven, coffee-maker and crockery.
A baby bed will be provided upon reservation, due to limited stock, at a fixed extra charge for the entire stay.
No pets or service animals allowed.
