The staff was very friendly and the hotel had a great atmosphere. I loved the water fountains, but I think the fitness facility needs to be drastically improved. It isn't really walking distance to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm, however, it is a short drive to those parks.

1. Internet accessibility in the room is almost not available. 2. Free internet was limited and almost hard to get it available. 3. Remote TV control of my room during the stay was not working. 4. Other than the above the hotel service is excellent.

Overall, we had a good stay and we had good services from the front desk. I have not seen the other rooms, but the room given to us clearly needed renovations such as new carpet, new beds (with firmer mattresses), real kitchen cabinets (not with a faux wood finish), an unpainted refrigerator, a kitchen table rather than a coffee table, etc. Although clean, the bathroom also needed to be renovated as I did not care for the painted panelling in the shower. If you have a car and are planning to be driving to Disneyland or Berry Farm, this location is practical.

It's more than just a hotel ! It's nearly same as 5 stars hotel in a fair price and whenever i have a chance i would like to stay there again :)

Baby cribs and hairdryers are provided on request, while safety box facility is available at the front desk.
