Anaheim Desert Inn & Suites - Anaheim

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY if you are going to Disneyland. Right across from the main gate,Denny's and IHOP on either side.Don't have to hassle with driving, parking, etc. Continental breakfast was adequate. Our bed might have been a little firm for some, but after 15 hours at Disneyland my back was not sore or stiff the next morning, in fact when I got back home I changed the selection on my Select Comfort Bed. We had looked at much cheaper rooms involving a short drive, but the reviews about cleanlines,problems with facilities, noise,etc were a concern. We were glad to pay a little more. Would definitely come back again.Oh and bring your sweatshirt - it was actually cool in the evenings.

The message lamp was always flashing. Front staff would miss to tuen off. In spite of a letter had been arrived, they did not hand over to us immediately. But since this hotel is located just in front of Disneyland entrance, it was quite convenience for DL visitors.

Wireless advertised, but we were in the back of the hotel and had to take chairs outside and sit in the walkway to be able to access it.

This hotel is soo close to Disneyland. It is close to a good selection of places to eat. We had the parlor suite and even though the extra room is small it is nice to have the space after the kids go to bed to relax.

Vicinance to Disneyland resort is exceptional

Our hotel room was as expected. it was clean, quiet and close to disneyland. while this room did not "exceed" my standards it surely met my needs for the occasion. i only needed a room for my family for the night as i was actually staying in san diego for the week and had traveled to anaheim for 2 days in disneyland. i have no complaints to register against the desert inn and suites. we have stayed there in the past and have always enjoyed my stay.

Since we were paying in cash they wanted all of the money upon check-in. We still had to leave a credit card deposit, which I understand. I did not like having to pay for the whole stay upon arrival. Also, there wasn't much hot water. The shower was always lukewarm. Overall the hotel was nice enough. THE BEST PART WAS WALKING TO DISNEYLAND, RIGHT ACCROSS THE STREET!!!!

Is a good hotel for family that will visit a Disneyland because it is close to the park and very near are meny restaurant family what it to be very confortable.

Good place to stay, right across from Disneyland. Short walk to entrance. The hotel was clean and rooms were just as viewed on the web site. Staff are friendly.

I enjoyed our stay at the desert Inn. All we needed was a place to sleep and chill and that was wat we got. Ít's not a luxurious resort but a no nonsens hotel. Breakfast was boring and the same everyday but it was there when you wanted it. It was very well located to Disney and to the highway.

The room looks like the room at the photos and it was clean and well equipped (standard). The staff was very kind and helpful. We loved the view to the Disneyland fireworks and that we had to cross a (one) street only to Disneyland. The breakfast was good. There was cake, cerials, toast with jam, milk, organge juice and coffee. The rate to pay was the same as confirmed by mail. In additional we had to pay tax but this was announced per mail before.

Excellent continental breakfast-coffee actually tasted great. Parlour Suites are well priced for families. One of the best locations if one wants to walk to Disney. At times, could hear neighbors--air conditioner/heater was great white noise. If a taxi is needed use only YELLOW CAB. If requested through front desk they may call a more expensive cab. Could see Disny fireworks from window.

Convienently across the street to Disneyland, which was great. The room is standard. It's a great place to stay if you just need it to sleep and you're at the park all day. Noisy because it is a family place for children. Simple but complimentary breakfast is always good.

Everything was great but I think ALL the hotels across the street from Disneyland USED to be so reasonable now they are soooo EXPENSIVE. This was the cheapest room I could find in walking distance from the main gate. And that's too bad. The location was excellent as far as that goes. And I had no problems with the hotel at all! It was nice.

We had a nice stay at Anaheim Desert. Walking-distance to Disneyland ist perfect (especially if you are travelling with kids). Would stay again at this hotel.

I grabbed this room last minute before a convention and was pleasantly surprised. It ain't the Ritz, mind you, but it's clean and relatively spacious. If I were bringing kids to Disneyland, this would be the place. Otherwise, it's within spitting distance of the Anaheim Convention Center. The included breakfast, once I discovered its availability, was more than satisfactory... certainly rivalling the 24-hour establishment on the adjacent property. The front desk staff were particularly competent.

We'll be back. Don't know when but we will.
