Our room was very loud. We were unable to sleep. Beds were rock hard. Our bathroom lights would not stay on and the shower head sprayed everywhere. Our front door was hard to open it kept sticking we called maintenance he couldn't even fix it. The castle inn could be beautiful if the rooms were upgraded. He also had hardly any tv channels and mist of them were fuzzy

Our experience with the hotel was not bad. I really appreciated the hot tub after a long day on my feet. I did not appreciate the terribly uncomfortable bed in our room; one bed was ok, the other was as hard as the floor. For that specific reason I'd be hesitant to return to this hotel when we come back.

Website says pay when you leave, but in reality you pay when you get there...bad mistake..so plan on having extra spending money because they want there money up front so dont get to happy that you can pay when you leave because I talked with 3 people and they said it was not there problem that the website says that Ha Ha Ha thats to funny...:-(
