Hotel Nova - Amsterdam

Great hotel, perfect wifi, i will recomended to all people stay at nova hotel.. More then i expected

The hotel's location is perfect, next to Dam Square. You can walk to all the sights of Amsterdam. The hotel is well staffed, comfortable and not very expensive. The room they provided us was very spacious. They have family rooms, making it a highly recommended hotel for families. If I have occasion to return to Amsterdam I'll use again this hotel.

The location is great, breakfast is exactly what i like, everything's fine except for the space - rooms are small (but all the rooms in amsterdam hotels are like that), so everything was fine.

We stayed in a triple room all adults and it was very spacious, surprising. The location was great and breakfast was excellent. Staff was very kind . I would highly recomend it.

hotel is renewed, repainted.. love the bathroom big&modern.. we expected less, but given more! rooms are NON smoking.. which was the only thing we didnt like as its in Amsterdam

the room was sufficiently clean, very spacious as a suite, but very little quiet. On the street was noisy until dawn. Optimum position. Breakfast poor.

Excellent location and very attentive and kind personnel. Breakfast could be somehow better. Price high.

Dogs not Accepted

Despite asking when doin my reservation a room on an elevated floor, I've been put on a windowless room on the ground floor direcly close to the reception and the shared toilets. The room and the pillows smelled cigarettes. The bathroom smelled urine. The room didn't look like the pictures on the website at all. At least, not mine. I've booked the room for a week-end. This room just made me regret spending this WE in Amsterdam instead of at home. Reception was OK and clean but this hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars. At least not according to european standards. Breakfeast was good. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone else than backpackers.

excellent and pleasing stay, just a little issue: room too cold. Wonderful breakfast included, staff kind and helpful, room very clean, location perfect. One of the best choice in Amsterdam, but please warm up the room

A nice hotel well located near Dam Square. The hotel looks OK, but decoration is a bit old inside, there is a free internet connection in the lobby. Room is very big but a bit old fashioned... Poor quality breakfast and not enough room services (no mini-bar...). Quite noisy because of the tramway but you can handle it. An overall good impression, but this hotel is quite expensive (150€/night) regarding the decoration of the room/design, no room services and poor-quality breakfast
