We had very bad stay in hotel. We could not pay with credit card, but only with cash. Rooms are very very small and with the worst bathroom never stayed. We payed 5 euro for extra time of 30 minutes after check out and 3 euro for each luggages left in reception. Good position near museum's quartier.

I was staying in a room on the top floor (3rd floor and no elevator in the building) and it would have been nice if they had someone on stand-by to help carry the bags. It was very difficult to walk just even 1 flight of those classic steep Amsterdam stair cases not to mention a loaded back-pack and a heavy suitcase. The room was cleaned everday, (without request). The bathroom was a decent size, I was amazed at how they were able to put in a full private bathroom considering the size of the room. They provided ample heat, I was never uncomfortable with the temperature. Only thing I really disliked was the choice in bedding, ugly!

The hotel was as expected, normal 2 star hotel. the staff is very kind and helpfully but the building is not the best. there are not facilities, the rooms are very small where you can't lie down your luggage, there are 3 floors with TERRIBLE stairs. the location is good. just next to vondelpark and 5 minutes walking from the Hard Rock Cafè, 20 minutes walking from the city center. This Hotel is good for people who wants a cheap and quiet place to sleep without particular expectations.

The Hotel has extremely small rooms; e.g. 6 m^2 for a single room. I really had difficulty in using the bathroom. Also, the price is ridiculously high.

The first room we stayed in was ridiculously small and very uncomfortable. We managed to change rooms, but were charged 7.50 euros as a cleaning charge. Very poor value for money, would not recommend.

Nice clean hotel but really naf bed covers ;-) Breakfast is not provided but there are loads of cafés in Leidseplein or Max Euwe plein. Very close to Vondelpark and the museums. Not far to walk to center. Felt very safe.

Good hotel for a good price in an excellent location, close to the museums, shops and restaurants (Leidseplein). Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Nice staff. We made a good choice.

We stayed at the second floor(2 above entrance) -too many steep stairs. It was hard with the baggage. The hotel manager was very kind and the room was very clean and comfortable (we got a family room instead of standard as he ran out of std rooms). The bathroom was renovated recently and very clean.
