This was our first time in Amsterdam and we are so glad we chose the Pulitzer. The location was great, the room was charming and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I have no complaints.

The restaurant staff was terrible. Were I the hotel manager, I would fire them all including the F&B manager who obviously has given no training or incorrect training to the staff. They were rude, poor service, and a no care attitude!

it was the first time at Amsterdam we took two executive rooms bed and breakfast the breakfast was full of good meals but the problem was the waiting to get a good placed table, we had to get up early

Take the A1 motorway to Amsterdam., then the A1 ring road until you reach exit S-105 Guezeveld-Centrum. Proceed to Rozengracht and turn right onto Canal Prinsengracht before you reach Westerchurch. At the first bridge, turn left twice.
From The Hague:
Take A4 motorway, then take the A10 ring road. Take exit S-105 Guezeveld-Centrum, then follow the indications above.
From Utrecht:

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit: The hotel will charge your credit card with the total amount of
the stay on the day that the booking has been made.
If cancelled or modified later then 3 days prior to the arrival date after
4PM or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be non-
refundable.
Rates do not include 6% city tax.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
