The hotel is an eyesore in the portfolio of nh Hotels. (They would be ashamed to put their name on such a place if it weren't such a cash-cow.) Don't expect anything you normally would from this chain. It's a stop-over mass accomodation with no esprit whasoever. It's in the middle of nowhere, not event convenient to the airport.

L'albergo offre un servizio di navetta gratuito da e per l'aeroporto praticamente a tutte le ore. Il personale è molto disponibile e professionale, e tutti accolgono il cliente col sorriso. La stanza era semplicemente fantastica, molto spaziosa e non le mancava niente: dall'asse da stiro col ferro, agli accessori per il bagno (in confezioni mignon, che venivano offerte "carry on"), alla possibilita' di cambiare il cuscino, al cioccolatino per il cliente... Nell'interno dell'albergo è presente un'area fitness con piscina, una pub ed un ristorante. Il pub è delizioso!

Amsterdam was our base travelling to and from Europe and we overnighted at NH Schipol on two occasions. Once with breakfast included and once without. Take the breakfast included rate. They have an excellent buffet breakfast especially as choices at the airport are limited. Contact with staff at all levels was a pleasant experience especially front desk and room service as was the free shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Would definitely stay there again. The area itself is nothing special, airport hotels in close proximity to one another but the interior, the rooms, and complimentary bath supplies as well as the aforementioned made this a memorable stay.

It's like to stay in a Paradise! Good quality vs price. Maybe the only problem is the distance from Amsterdam, but there's a hotel's bus which accompanies you to the airport where you can get a train for this city. The room is modern and comfortable.

The room was great but the pricing was a bit high considering the location of the hotel being out of town. Breakfast was great but not included and the charge of 17Euros was too high, so also was the price for Internet connection. A good place for just overnight stay to catch a flight.

By airplane
A free shuttle service to and from Schiphol airport is available
for guests travelling by train or air. The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes from the shuttle area of the airport. Between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. the shuttle is available only on request.
