Good location but the staff had no record of our booking when we tried to check in. Then we were given a tiny room right next to the elevators with broken air-conditioning. I would not go back.

Travelled with my wife in Europe for two weeks and I was disappointed with this hotel only, and will probably avoid the "nh" brand from now on. Staff were not very personable and answering questions seemed like a chore for them. The rooms need some updating. We could hear when people were taking showers and walking in their rooms. I think the breakfast policy is just wrong. If you tell them ahead of time how many breakfasts you'll need, you get a preferred rate. If you decide on breakfast day by day, they charge you 5 euro more per person per breakfast. So basically, you are being charged more money for the same service. I also could never access the internet with their "business centre" pc. The log in and password they gave us never worked while I was there. The only good thing is the location if you are interested in staying in the museum area. The tram is also outside the door. Personally, I would choose the Marriott which is right across the street from this hotel.
