Hotel Multatuli - Amsterdam

Top spot for our group, clean and great value accomodation . Will use again. Cheers

hotel was well located, rooms were very small and far from a 3 stars hotel. breakfast was poor.

Nice staff, they let us leave our luggage in the hotel for the whole dat after we checked out. Very good breakfast, wide choice of food. The room had a 'non smoking' sign, but smelt of cigarettes. I'm not sure if it's a general problem cause we were tired and didn't ask for a different room. Great location, just outside the Central Station, two minutes walk from 'entertainment area':) Would stay there again.

The hotel has excellent location. The rooms with windows to the street are quite noisy and the room I had was tiny.

Standard hotel, standard room. What else to say ? Too expensive for the service.

I would thorouhly recommend this hotel. It is near to the station and all the sights and the staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.The breakfast was delicious and the rooms clean and well looked after. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My daughter and I had a twin room with bathroom, located on the ground floor (good for suitcases) and very quiet. Location of hotel close to Central station good. Happy to stay again

quality of room are bad... we rented a double and we had a dormitory... bathrooms need renovation sauna did n t work

Hotel muy cèntrico y bién comunicado. Personal muy amable y servicial. Lástima que sea tan ruidoso. Nuestra habitación estaba al lado del ascensor y la de nuestros amigos daba a la calle. No dormimos muy bién.

Really well located

The only bad thing was the bathtub faucet: it was impossible to regulate water temperature (we didn't complain about it, that's true). Hotel situtation is fantastic: almost in front of Central Station and just arround the corner all Amsterdam city life.

Pleasant 3* hotel opposite Central Station with easy pedestrian access to the centre of Amsterdam. Friendly reception, quiet rooms (mainly seem to be off-street)of a reasonable size for the location.

Overall very pleased. One problem that really anoyed with was the pay TV. We accidently used the pay TV for several seconds, as the instruction on the procedure was incorrect. The instructions stated that you would receive a menu to chouse from, we received no menu, so did not realise we had changed onto the payTV. We explained this to the lady at reception when checking out, but she refused to return our €10 deposit. I was very anoyed with this, as I felt it was a scam to trick people into used the pay TV without being aware.
