This is a small well run hotel with helpful staff within walking distance of the museum quarter and Vondel park. Breakfast was plentiful and there was only two of us but we had a quad room on the ground floor that oevrlooked the back away from the main road. The only downside were the very noisy inconsiderate family who stayed in the room next door and woke us up at 5.20 in the morning banging doors and shouting as they left to go to the airport but this was not the hotels fault luckily they went otherwise if we had wanted to change rooms I'm sure the staff would have let us. All the restuarants and bars in the immediate were small local ones so it was nice not to be in the real 'tourist' area. I would stay here again.
