There is a mini bar in the room that is stated not for personal use. We bought cheese and wine and we were not expected to use the fridge. This they need to fix. Everything else was great

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable and fully equipped. The breakfast( not included) was excellent. It is very near the airport but distant ti the center ir the city. The surroundings are buildings but it is safe. The reception wasn't too kind. We found the bathtub filled with hair but they clean it fastly as we asked them for. We also asked to stay for two more hours after the check- out but we we were interrupted twice

The hotel so far from central station and difficult found at first with internet map and public transportations. However this hotel located around Schipol airport if you come Amsterdam, then this hotel is best price and position. When I stay I heard knocking sound next wall maybe It has very thin. And shower is out of order.. not fixed... when you wants central city can use a bus easy. Hotel have several art works in the Lobby.

What a Wonderful Hotel!!!! This Hotel is furnished in modern style; the Hall is lovely and the staff is friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean and quiet. It is possible to rent bike or scooter directly to reception. around 'hotel there are parks and waterways ideal for a nice ride ,however, the bus stop is ten minutes away while the tram that takes you downtown is a fifteen minute. There is a paid parking. Overall, is a nice and friendly Hotel

This hotel is great, room, location, enviroment and the price. Even it's 10 km from the city center, only 15 minutes to Dam Square by tram. The only thing that I'm not satisfied is the receptionist, 1 of them are very cold or impatient to us. I have been considering why, is it for the tip? I didn't gave any tip to receptionist.

Very beautiful and comfort place to stay, just very far from city center, so you have to take taxi or walk 10min from closest tram/bus. The rest was perfect.

Too far out from the city center. Tech IBM area, but very quiet, spacious and clean. Hotel restaurant very expensive, and nothing else nearby. Prices high in Holland in June, so this was a good price. The directions were wrong from the airport when we took Bus 195, and walked forever asking people. If you stay here, ASK the desk for the bus schedule. The stop is right behind the hotel, Bus 145 and goes to city center. Get Rick Steve's book on Holland to understand the bus tickets.

Buona struttura di design e discreti servizi. Tuttavia non è ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo in considerazione della posizione e calcolando che la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo. L'albergo è situato vicino all'aeroporto e a circa venti minuti dal centro. Passano mezzi nelle vicinanze ma durante il w.e. con cadenza di due ogni ora. Non troppo comodi.

My room key got disabled everyday coming back to the hotel. Mini-bar was not re-filled on a daily basis "i stayed 3 extra days (did not change room) on another reservation and still no refill" One of the days room service did not clean my room or make bed.

A very good hotel, and an excellent price. The breakfast should be included, however. At the recommendation of a staffer, the front desk gave us a voucher that saved €10 on the expensive breakfast. The location is perfect if you're there for IBM, but quite a distance from town if you're there like we were as tourists.

The hotel is excellent. The only problem is the distance from the city centre. You have to walk around 10 min iot take the tramway (line 2) for about 20 min. During the night things are even more difficult (A night bus is availiable ever 30 min).

Great place to stay. Close to airport Schiphol (bus 195 from airport to bus stop IBM). Little outside of town though, have to walk 10min to bus/tram stop, 20min ride into Amsterdam central. Hotel staff is very helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is way overpriced though.

Hotel quite and large room but.. -far from the center and bus stop indicated in the web portal (from Venere) is wrong (closest stop is IBM the other indicated which is 2 km far) -no attention to deatails for comfortable(one lamp broken, no italy on TV tuned, no water on frigo but 8 € at hotel bar) -quite expensive (150 € is too much for a position in a industrial area)

This is a very modern deigner hotel which is a pleasure to stay in. Prices at weekends are often cheaper than during the week because it is in the business district. It is a bit far out of the centre of Amsterdam but taxis are reasonable (about 15 to 20 Euros per trip) and most taxi drivers appeared to be honest. There are also buses and trams available once you have found your bearings. I would certainly consider staying here again if I come back to Amsterdam, particularly if I can get a good price for the room compared with the more central places. It is about half way between the airport and the city.

This is a great hotel! the rooms are of new decor/beautiful. The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The check-in was quick and efficient. The only drawback to this hotel is that it is difficult to get to if not arriving by private vehicle or taxi. Getting to it by train/metro from the airport was more difficult. Great if you are visiting IBM or here on business (we were not).

Nice modern hotel, but somehow also "sterile"; the lobby reminds me rather of an attending hall on the airport than of a cosy hotel; the location is in out of nowhere, be sure to take enough time to get into the city; room / bathroom are very nice; the dinner in the restaurant was nothing special but quite expensive for the quality we got

Lovely hotel, highly recommended but not as central hotel too far out to commute out of dam square, took 25 minutues on the tram and another 10 minutes walk!! Beautiful hotel otherwise!!

The hotel was reasonable however it is quite far from the city centre (half hour tram ride then a further 10min walk from the tram if coming from the centre). The first staff member we had contact with at the hotel was a bit incompetent however we did not find this with the other staff. Also, my credit card did get charged for 1 nights stay prior to our arrival & had i not brought this to the attention of the manager we would have payed for 4 nights while only staying for 3 (so keep tabs of your credit cards prior to arrival!!!)

this really is a very nice hotel and great value . it was a little way out of Amsterdam but, the tram was in easy walking distance. my let down was the price of the breakfast at 17.50 euro's each to much when you travel as a family of four and also what was on offer. overall a great stay.

Very modern hotel that offers a good price but is a little far from the city. Good for airport access. After 5 min walk the local tram is available to take you to the centre. Its about a 20min trip.

An excellent deal for the high quality and style of the hotel. However it is in an isolated area with only company headquarters and light industry. Had a lot of trouble finding it from the tramway stop and even a policeman didn't know where it was. And to get on the metro the next morning (10 min walk), make sure you have plenty of change.
