This hotel is run by a very friendly family, and we felt super welcomed and comfortable. It was easy to get from the hotel to the center of Heraklion by bus, and the beach and some decent tavernas were only 5 minutes walking away. And the pool was wonderful! Drawbacks: the AC in our room didn't work, and there were no screens on the windows so we were massacred by mosquitoes. And the price was amazingly affordable. We would definitely go back.

It was perfect. sevices surroindings position.the only problem was the only greek speaking staff. the was only one person speaking english and not always there. nonetheless, we could understand each other on simple things, although we didn t speak the same language.
