We were satisfied with our stay at your hotel. Your staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the continental breakfasts and the meals in your restaurant. We found it an easy access to the autostrada and very convenient to the areas we wanted to visit.....Lucca, Pisa, Collodi, the old Altopascio and the little town of Badia. We were a family of 3 adults & 2 teenagers. We did not have a map from you, but got our own off the internet.

Directions from the autostrada toll booths could be clearer. The staff service at reception was exceptional, particulary from the lady on duty when we arrived. She should be recognised by the hotel company. As an overnight motorway stop it was very good value. The lack of a restaurant at the weekend should be noted, as the website intimates that there is pizzaria available.
