The maintenance of this hotel is unacceptable for a three star hotel paying the price we paid. Examples, the entrance doors didn´t close, wallpaper in reception area hanging loosely from the wall, the sauna door did not close, the whole area was dirty , the water not clen in the pool and hottub, the shower didn´t work, the water did not run off, just disgusting ! The radiator in the room did not have a thermostate valve, had to open the door because it was so hot at night. On the positive side , this hotel would be great, if maintained, the exterior is nice, the access to the slope is great, the view great.

The hotel is easily reachable by the motorway A80, direction Grenoble, exit n.8, Gap-Briançon. Follow indications for Oison. Take the highway Route nationale n.85, then Route nationale n.91. Take then Route nationale n.211 for Alpe d'Huez.

By train
The hotel is 65 km from the Grenoble railway station.

By airplane
The hotel is 99 km from the Grenoble airport or 150 km for the Lyon airport.
