Great location, close to city, marina and beach. Great breakfast, good bar and tapa bar. Staff very helpful. Hotel provide beach towel free of charge, a very nice touch. Overall great value for money. Only negative point is the lack of hotel parking, you have to use public car park which while adjacent is an additional cost.

C'est l'usine, hotel gigantesque qui date des années 80, ca fait tres vieillot, pas de charme, impersonnel, accueil froid et glacial ! A eviter, en plus la plage à côté n'est vraiment pas belle !

Hotel surroundings are very noisy, particularly from the port side (construction place nearby).

A lot of building work was being carried out right outside the hotel which made the entrance very dusty and ugly.

Hotel is right on the Beach,on the sea. Rooms are big. Breakfast is buffet (very good), breakfast room facing the sea. Presently construction around the hotel for facelift of the marina for a big event in 2009. If we go back to Alicante, this is the place we'll stay.

This is a very nice hotel with a very good location, very nice facilities. However, front desk staff were not accomodating, and there was extra charges for every additional service at the hotel, including use of the pool. These charges were not well advertised and I heard a number of conversations at the front desk where people didnt know there would be additional charges. In fact it was possible to use the pool without paying, which would have been frustrating, if we had paid for it. Instead we opted not to use the pool. Front desk line ups were long and it took at least 15 minutes to talk to someone. Breakfast cost 15 Euros, but there were good breakfast places within 5 minute walk with breakfast for 3-4 Euros. Cleaning and service staff were very friendly, the staff issues clearly lie at the management level.
